How does Scoop Patrol work?
The afternoon before your service, we call or text with an approximate arrival time. We text again when we’re about 15 minutes away. Then we clean the yard thoroughly, haul the waste away, and send a photo showing your gate is closed when we finish.
How much does service cost?
Weekly service starts at $25 per visit, tax included. We also offer twice-per-month, monthly, and one-time cleanups. Prices shown already include applicable sales tax.
Do I need a contract?
No. There are no contracts.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We accept Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
When do recurring customers pay?
Recurring customers don’t pay until the end of the month.
Do you take the dog waste with you?
Yes. We haul it away so you don’t have bags of waste sitting around your property.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need safe access to the yard.
What about my gate?
Please make sure we can access the yard. After service, we send a photo showing that your gate is closed.
Can my dog be outside while you clean?
Friendly dogs may be fine. If your dog is uncomfortable with strangers or may interfere with service, please keep them inside while we’re in the yard.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes. Equipment is disinfected after every yard.
What if I’m not happy with my first cleanup?
You don’t pay for that visit.
What is Yard Odor Treatment?
Our yard odor treatment is designed to tackle odors caused by dog urine and waste, rather than simply masking them, leaving a fresher-smelling yard.
What happens during rain, snow, or severe weather?
If conditions are too severe to safely service your yard, we skip that visit and you are not charged for that week. We do a double cleanup at the next scheduled visit. Waste hidden under snow, leaves, tall grass, branches, or outdoor items may not be visible. We do not shovel snow, rake leaves, trim landscaping, or move outdoor furniture to search for waste.
